What if my vehicle is non-drivable after an accident and needs to be towed?

We can help, call us at (314) 427-8697 and we will dispatch the towing service to pick up your vehicle. We also offer after hours towing provided by A2B Towing. If it is after 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or anytime during Saturday or Sunday, please contact A2B Towing at (314) 427-8697 to have your vehicle brought to our location.

Can my insurance determine where my vehicle is repaired or do I have a choice?

YOU have the choice! Your insurance company will, more than likely, have a list of preferred repair center. However, you are not limited to just those repair centers. You may call any repair center and they will coordinate the repair process with your insurance company.

What is an estimate and what does an estimate entail?

An estimate is a quote of the approximate repair costs based only on visible damage to your vehicle. There may be additional damage after your vehicle is disassembled during the repair process. Each estimate takes about fifteen minutes to complete. Our estimators take pictures of your vehicle's damages and perform a detailed examination. Following the assesment, you will be given a copy of the estimate, and the choice to either leave your vehicle to get the repairs completed or schedule the repairs for a later date.

Do I need to make an appointment to get a repair estimate?

In order to give you the highest service level possible, we ask that you call us at (314) 868-2000 and schedule an appointment. We can accomodate you without an appointment as well, but you may have a longer wait time. Our hours for estimates are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Do I need more than one repair estimate?

You are not required by law to get more than one estimate.

How can I get a rental car?

With our convenient location, located only two blocks away from Enterprise Leasing, makes renting a vehicle that much easier. Please let us know your rental needs, as we would be happy to schedule your rental reservation for you. Enterprise will pick you up from our location at the time of drop off. To personally reserve your rental reservation, simply call Enterprise at (314) 524-7700.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The time it takes to repair your vehicle is dependent upon the nature of the damage. When you schedule your vehicle for repairs, our estimator will give you an approximate date of completion. Our staff will contact you with updates during the repair process. We do our best to put you on the road again as quickly as possible.

Do you offer a Warranty on the repairs?

Complete Auto Body & Repair offers a lifetime warranty on all collision and pain refinishing repairs as long as you own the vehicle.

What forms of payment does Complete Auto Body & Repair accept?

-Checks issued by an insurance company, personal checks with proper identification (i.e. a valid driver's license), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or ATM/Debit Cards.
